About the role
Nordform is a product design studio working with Scandinavian and European technology companies. We're looking for a senior UX designer who brings both research rigour and strong interaction design skills to our team.
You'll take ownership of end-to-end product work — from discovery and research through to high-fidelity design and hand-off — and help shape how our small, senior team works.
What you'll do
- Lead UX for one or two product accounts, from research to delivery
- Plan and run user research and usability testing
- Design flows, wireframes and high-fidelity interfaces in Figma
- Contribute to and maintain shared design systems
- Collaborate closely with developers through hand-off and QA
What we're looking for
- 5+ years designing digital products
- A portfolio showing strong interaction and UX thinking
- Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Experience with design systems at scale
- Excellent written and spoken English
Nice to have
- Experience with B2B SaaS
- Basic understanding of front-end constraints
