Lumen Studio crafts brand worlds for ambitious companies. We're hiring an art director to set and hold the creative vision across identity and campaign projects.
You'll guide designers, present to clients, and keep the craft bar high from concept to delivery.
What you'll do
- Set creative direction across brand projects
- Guide and mentor a small design team
- Present and defend concepts to clients
- Ensure craft and consistency across output
What we're looking for
- 6+ years in design, 2+ directing work
- A portfolio of strong brand and campaign work
- Confident client-facing communication

- Copy/verbal identity sensibility
