How TIMETORIOT invoices, which currency we use, and how advances and staged payments work.
This policy explains how TIMETORIOT, Thormøhlengt. 51, Bergen 5006, Norway, bills for paid services. Prices for a single job listing are on the Pricing page. Custom work is priced by scope, complexity and timeline, and the payment schedule is agreed in writing before the work starts.
Prices and invoices are in euros (EUR). Listed prices exclude VAT. VAT is added where EU rules require it. A VAT-registered business can provide a valid VAT ID; the reverse-charge mechanism is applied for eligible cross-border EU customers.
We issue an invoice for paid services. The invoice states the service, the amount in euros, any VAT, and the payment stage it belongs to. A credit note is issued if part of a prepayment is later returned under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Custom project work is billed by invoice. Shop orders are paid by invoice or on delivery; we confirm the method by email before the order is completed. Where a card or bank payment is used, a later refund goes back to that same method.
For custom work we may ask for an advance before the work starts. The amount and what it covers are written into the agreement. An advance that has not been used against completed work is returned if the project is cancelled before that work is done.
A longer project can be split into stages. Each stage is described before work on it starts, and it is invoiced when that stage is completed. You do not pay a later stage until the previous agreed stage has been delivered. A stage that has been delivered is payable even if the rest of the project is later cancelled.
A job listing is a one-time fee in euros for a single role, paid after the listing is approved. Those fees, and any listing add-ons, follow the Pricing page and the Refund Policy. Shop orders follow the checkout note: invoice or payment on delivery, confirmed by email.
